Different economic systems throughout the world always pay attention to the consumers and dealers and protect them against sudden and severe changes in the market in order to make a rational balance among the needs of the consumers and dealers in one side and the manufacturers and suppliers on the other side.
 
Consumers and Dealers Support World Bank is one of the biggest sources of giving aid in the field of development of the countries throughout the world. This bank, holing a 200 Million US Dollar Capital was established in cooperation with industrialized countries in 2005.

Goals of the Bank:
The Bank enjoying the up-to-date technologies, i.e. e-commerce, tries to achieve the following goals throughout the world in cooperation with group of manufacturers and the group of suppliers: 

  1.   To protect consumers and dealers in an international level; 
  2.   To protect consumers and dealers against changes in prices and to control international markets; 
  3.   To give assistance to developing countries; 
  4.   To strengthen small markets through relating them to the important international markets; 
  5.   To strengthen manufacturers and suppliers in order to promote the quality of the products and services; 
  6.   To give necessary information to the manufacturers and suppliers in compliance with the needs of consumers and dealers in international markets; 
  7.   To promote level of e-commerce throughout the world; 
  8.   To establish a world trade network according to the international standards; 
  9.   To render proper management services based on the goals in e-commerce domains; 
 10.   To establish an effective and useful relation between the consumers and dealers in cooperation with the manufacturers and suppliers; 
 11.   To promote the safety level of products and services throughout the world; 
 12.   Entrepreneurship; 
 13.   To help vulnerable persons; 

We are living in a wealthy world, where the global income is more than 31 trillion US Dollars per year. In the same world, a person from a middle level of his society earns more than 40,000.00 US Dollars monthly, while at the same time about 2.8 billion people, i.e. more than half of the population of the developing countries earn less than 700.00 US Dollars per year. From among these people, there are about 1.2 billion persons who earn less than 1.00 US Dollar per day.

Bank Activities:
According to the needs of consumers and dealers in the international markets, the bank scrutinizes the situation and gives some facilities to the manufacturers and suppliers in order to meet the needs.

The followings are some of the facilities that the bank gives to the manufacturers and suppliers after appraisal: 

  1.   Establishment of a specialized branch in the name of the manufacturer or the supplier in an international level; 
  2.   To open a joint (international) account for each of the consumers and dealers; 
  3.   To give points to the manufacturers and suppliers in order to promote the quality of the products and services; 
  4.   To render consulting service in the field of entering and working in major international markets; 
  5.   To render consulting service for appropriate and proper use of information in e-commerce; 

The steps for receiving facilities: 

  1.   To submit the special registration form; 
  2.   To receive special code number for enrolment; 
  3.   To cooperate with the bank consultants for entering an appropriate group; 
  4.   To fill and send the enrollment (registration) form; 
  5.   To evaluate and confirm competence by bank; 
  6.   To receive facilities; 
  7.   To cooperate with bank consultants for start-up and proper utilization of the facilities received; 
  8.   To receive the final license. 

The steps of admission for cooperation with Consumers and Dealers Support World Bank: 

  1.   To send special form (registration form); 
  2.   To receive the code and to send enrollment (registration) form; 
  3.   To evaluate and confirm the competence of the applicant; 
  4.   To enroll with training courses and to receive the document; 
  5.   To receive operation license from the bank.
